Independent educational service
USDA.properties is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by USDA. Content and tools are general education, not an official eligibility decision, loan offer, financial advice, legal advice, appraisal, inspection, or guarantee of financing.
Your responsibility
Verify property eligibility, income eligibility, borrower requirements, program terms, and deadlines with USDA Rural Development and an approved lender before acting. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for protecting sensitive information.
Tools and availability
Checker results can be affected by geocoding, source-layer, address, boundary, and update errors. We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every result will be complete, current, or suitable for a transaction.
Digital products and license
A purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not resell, publicly distribute, upload, or reproduce it beyond reasonable personal use. Copyright and other rights remain with USDA.properties and its licensors. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its security, submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, falsely imply our endorsement, infringe rights, or use content or data unlawfully. Ordinary search indexing and sharing links to public pages are allowed.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to USDA, Stripe checkout, and other third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, decisions, or terms. A link is not an endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, eligibility, approval, or outcome. To the extent permitted by law, USDA.properties and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, or transaction costs arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
