Refund Policy
If The USDA Home Buyer Playbook does not save you at least one wasted weekend, request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. You may keep the PDF.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.
- Use the subject “Playbook refund request.”
- Include the purchase date or Stripe order reference if available.
No explanation is required. We may ask for enough information to locate and verify the purchase. Once approved, the refund is returned through the original payment method; the bank or card network controls how quickly it appears.
Scope
This policy applies to direct purchases of The USDA Home Buyer Playbook from USDA.properties. It does not promise reimbursement for lender fees, inspections, appraisals, travel, offers, third-party services, or any other home-buying expense.
A refund request does not cancel an email subscription automatically. To stop non-transactional email, use the unsubscribe instructions in the message or ask us to unsubscribe you.
