USDA.properties currently does not accept referral fees from lenders or real-estate agents, and it does not sell buyer leads to them.
Current model
The site earns revenue from direct sales of The USDA Home Buyer Playbook. A mention of a lender, agent, housing counselor, tool, government resource, or category of professional is not a paid endorsement unless the page clearly says otherwise.
Editorial separation
Payment cannot buy a favorable review, alter an eligibility result, or control an editorial conclusion. Potential partners do not receive sensitive buyer data or subscriber lists merely because they work with us.
If this changes
If USDA.properties later uses an affiliate link, sponsorship, paid placement, lead arrangement, or co-branded commercial relationship, we will place a clear disclosure near the relevant recommendation or action—not only on this policy page—and update this policy. Any relationship involving regulated settlement-service referrals must be reviewed for applicable legal requirements before launch.
